D Talks #28

It’s been a couple of days since my last post. I’m still being cyberstalked, and harassed. Since people are anticipating me writing to the blog soon, people have been a bit more expressive. Anyway, so I’ve mentioned before in previous posts that I filed a complaint with the DFEH regarding an employer. As a matter of fact, I actually uploaded a couple of phone conversations I had with DFEH representatives, so searched the blog for “DFEH” using the search bar to listen to those recordings. I last wrote that I received a phone call from the DFEH, and people around me seemed to have been aware that I was going to receive this call; common stalking behavior. However, besides the conspiring and collusion, it does seem like the DFEH is taking this case seriously; I’ve written previously that a couple of years ago DFEH representatives told me that they were having issues with their phone system, which was most likely a lie to deter me from continuing with the complaint. With the DFEH case in question, it did take some time to get an update. At the end of that phone call I just mentioned, I was told to expect an update by the end of the week. I’m sure I was told this to be led on. I sent several emails within the two weeks after that call and didn’t get any response; I even noted this on the 30th of October so that I could write about it to the blog.

I’m constantly reminded that the people around me are talking either directly with the DFEH, or via a third party; I’m not sure how the stalker network functions exactly. There’ll be random people who channel negativity indirectly towards me, or odd things will happen. For example, I went to the gym yesterday, and I’ve been making some progress, so let’s say I’m entering a milestone in my fitness journey. As I’m demonstrating that I’ve made some improvement, a muscular male said “that hurts” like a cry baby and the room slowly cleared; the room being empty could have been a coincidence, but I don’t think it was because a couple of weeks ago, I went to the pull up bars and demonstrated some improvement with muscle ups, and then the basketball courts cleared. I should mention though, I’ve seen some people use my progress as motivation, which is cool. Before I continue with updates regarding the DFEH, I want to mention that there’s this fallacy being floated around that my effort is to close the business of this employer. I don’t see how filing a complaint with the DFEH equates to an effort to close a business; it’s an illogical exaggeration.

Anyway, so after not receiving a response from several emails, I was then falsely admitted to the psych ward, and while I was at the psych ward, I finally received emails from the DFEH. The emails contained the formal written complaint for me to sign. Since I was at the psych ward, I couldn’t sign and return the document. When I was discharged from the psych ward and had access to the Internet, I saw that I had emails from the DFEH, but I didn’t realize there was a deadline to return the document. Then I received an email saying that the case was closed because I didn’t return the signed document in time. I received this email a couple of hours or so before the actual deadline. Yeah, it kind of stressed me out, but not really, because, I was falsely hospitalized; what’s more, I sent multiple emails with no response asking for an update. Was this part of the plan? I’m not sure, but I wouldn’t be surprised; probably wanted to stress me out, like how people were stressed out when they realized that false imprisonment is illegal. So even though I had an hour or two before I had to sign and return the document, the other document I was sent stating the case was being closed because I didn’t reply in time stated that I could appeal. So I sent a couple of emails to the DFEH representative saying that I was hospitalized, and even though I still had some time to sign and return the document, I wanted to speak with the representative on the phone, and I also mentioned that I would appeal as soon as I could. The next day, I received the document to sign and return. I was then asked for a copy of my W2 with this employer. So it took a while to get an update, but things seem to be progressing, and I really appreciate… that.

Anyway, so a couple of weeks pass and then, one day, a couple of days ago, people around me were acting more oddly than usual. Then, I see that I had a missed call from this employer. My phone is on silent, and I didn’t feel the phone vibrate. That’s when I realized the reason people were being more odd than usual was because this employer was going to call me. I didn’t reply, and this employer would send text messages when I was an employee, but he didn’t leave a voice message or send a text message. So I figured he called because he must have received the complaint from the DFEH. Why he didn’t send a text message or leave a voice message, I’m not sure. Why he just left a missed call, I’m not too sure either, most likely playing games, like a child. So I decided to email the DFEH representative and tell them that this employer called but didn’t leave a voice message and I didn’t reply, so most likely this employer received whatever was sent. The next day the DFEH replies with “Thank you.” That’s when I realized this employer is actually playing games trying to make me change my mind, and there’s no way that’s going to happen. After being hired and fired by several abusive employers, there’s no way. So now, this DFEH representative seems to be advocating for this employer, because of the cyberstalking and peer pressure, which is annoying, but at least we’re making some progress and I can write to the blog about it. I didn’t really like this simple “thank you” from the DFEH representative and I replied asking what the next steps were. The DFEH representative wrote back saying that they are “working on” serving the employer. So that’s when I thought, wait… so was this employer served or not? Because if this employer hasn’t been served yet, why is this employer calling me? So to clarify, I then asked the DFEH representative if it is possible that this employer called me because he was served, and I haven’t gotten a reply. But this brings to mind that I had hired a server who obstructed justice by lying to me, telling me the private investigator wasn’t at the office building addressed, so I went to check for myself, and this private investigator actually was at that office building. I’m not sure if the DFEH representative, on behalf of my stalker haters, was trying to allude to this, but I wouldn’t be surprised if so. It’s been a day or so and I haven’t received a response from the DFEH representative, so we’ll see if this DFEH representative says.
