D Talks #33

I still find it difficult to believe that all my hotspot data is used. I guess I’ll have to monitor my data usage by the day moving forward.

So, let me start this blog with an update regarding stalking and harassment, before I continue to write about my experience with the hospital and medical board. After not getting what I was expecting from the hospital grievance, my next best steps are to get a copy of my medical record from the hospital and send a demand letter. I reached out to the paralegal I hired to help write the employment demand letter, and this paralegal told me to create a job and send an invitation. Unfortunately, this paralegal is busy, but that’s okay because I received plenty of proposals from freelance legal professionals. I might as well mention that I sensed some sketchiness with some of the proposals I’m receiving, as if the cyberstalkers have some kind of involvement and interference. I even sensed this sketchiness with the paralegal I hired before, but at the end of the day, I got a demand letter and was satisfied with it. So, I messaged these legal professionals, and all seem qualified to write this letter for me, so the next thing I had to consider were the costs. Most of the rates are much more than the rates of the paralegal I hired before; even that paralegal’s rates are higher than before. Figuring that having this letter written for me might cost more than I’m willing to spend, I’m going to write the letter instead, and then have a legal professional take a couple of hours to review.

To get started with this letter, I’m researching information to get familiar with the laws. Before I decided to write this letter myself, I had only researched false imprisonment and a couple of other topics, including false imprisonment at psych wards. After I decided to write the letter myself, I started researching laws regarding psych wards. I was a bit hesitant to research these laws because I wasn’t sure how extensive these laws would be. I was also a bit hesitant because, even though I know this situation was wrong and illegal because it was malicious (if something is done maliciously, you can almost guarantee it’s illegal), these laws could possibly be used in some way to justify being admitted to the psych ward. It turns out that these laws aren’t extensive at all, and not only was I misinformed, the hospital must have known that what they were doing was illegal.

So, I’m still being cyberstalked, and the people around me are actively monitoring my phone, computer, and internet activity. So these cyberstalkers are aware that I’ve read this information, and the level of negativity peaked. I was intentionally scheduled to stand a watch where I’d have to interact with mostly everyone at the barracks, so they could bully and take cheap shots, so I spent most of my time calling people Nazis. Then, my electronic room key was deactivated, intentionally, I guess to upset me; I wasn’t upset, just annoyed. Then I went to the gym, and I saw someone there, and I won’t specify who it was, but I’m sure that person was there at that time because I was there, and there was this general sense of bullying. I can’t recall everything what was indirectly whispered to me, but they said that one person’s name from boot camp who could barely do any pushups. They also indirectly whispered “don’t talk.” So I guess they were trying to intimidate and silence me. It was annoying.

Anyway, so quickly revisiting that meeting with the psychiatrist that was voice recorded. So I already provided some annotations, and I could have wrote more annotations, but why?… the proof is in the pudding, and typing from a phone screen is very time consuming. However, before I write about my other meetings, I wanted to mention a couple of things. After listening to the voice recordings multiple times, I noticed the psychiatrist oddly saying “monitoring” and “tracking” multiple times, as if to implicitly tell me that I was going to continue to be cyberstalked and watched in my room. I always make some allowance for doubt, but I’m very sure I’m being watched when I take showers. Which reminds me, I haven’t had a new roommate since my last roommate left about a month ago. I’d be surprise if I get a new roommate because nobody wants cameras in their room. My other roommate was rarely in the room and I’m sure he didn’t feel comfortable taking showers. Also, during the meeting, I was not paying close attention to the side conversations between the two psychiatrist. After listening to the voice recordings multiple times, it seems like the psychiatrist were trying to convince me that being taken to the ER was okay; which was not okay, so it seems like they are aware that what happened was illegal. So next post I’ll talk about the meeting with the therapist and the meeting with the lawyer.
