D Talks #41

So, when I started this blog, I knew I’d have a lot to write about, and it seems like the more I write, there’s a lot more that I can write about. So today started off weird. Cyberstalkers are at it again, and unfortunately I didn’t get a screen shot, but even if I did, I’m not sure how convincing that screen shot would be; people would have to take my word for it either way. Today is a duty day for me and morning muster is at 0545. I set my alarm for 0500. The alarm sounded at 0500, and I either hit snooze or stop; and I doubt I hit stop because the button is a smaller button and I can usually recall when I hit the stop button. Nowadays, when the alarm sounds off, I hit snooze once or twice, giving myself about 15 to 20 minutes to wake up. This morning, I vaguely recall checking the time a couple of minutes or so after the alarm sounded. I went back to sleep. I then heard some loud steps from the stairwell; my room is about three rooms away from the stairwell, and I usually don’t hear anyone going up or down the stairwell. The steps were loud enough so where it seemed like this person was jumping down the stairs – which is probably a response to D Talks #40. I picked up my phone to check the time, and it was either 0540, or a minute or two after. The strangest part of that is that the snooze time was counting down, a couple of minutes remaining, and the alarm was to sound again right around 0545. So with that said, it appears I didn’t hit the stop button at 0500. The only alarm that was set was the one at 0500; sometimes I set an extra alarm at 0530. So if 0500 was the only alarm set, and since it appears that I didn’t hit the stop button, that means I would have had to hit the snooze button about 4 to 5 times, given that the snooze time is 9 minutes; which is an odd number by the way, no pun intended. I’d prefer a 5 minute snooze time myself. According to this article, “with a nine-minute snooze, Apple pays homage to old-fashioned alarm clocks, whose gears made it impossible to set a 10-minute snooze.” By the way, talking about Apple, I recall reading a story where there was a package of iPod minis ready to be shipped off to a store or something, however, the batteries weren’t charged up to a certain percentage, which was Apple’s standard practice, so that a consumer could power on their iPod mini immediately and not have to charge up the battery. When Steve Jobs heard about this, he told Apple employees to unpack all the iPod minis, and charge them all, even though they were ready to ship. We need more people like Steve Jobs. Anyway, so back to this morning: there was no way I hit the snooze button 4 to 5 times, and if the snooze was counting down a couple of minutes to sound the alarm again a couple of minutes after 0540, which I think is a conservative estimate, then I would have hit the snooze button at 0533, or even later, and at that time, I would have gotten out of bed immediately, because it takes me at least 10 minutes to get dressed. What’s more, this isn’t the first time the cyberstalkers have messed with my alarm, and I’ve written about it before, but this is the first time the cyberstalkers went beyond just deactivating the alarm.

So figuring that I wasn’t going to make it to muster in time, I sent a text message to the duty leader. I messaged “running late.” This duty leader replies “you can’t text me a minute before hand bro haha.” I’ll post a screenshot of that:

January 8th text conversation with duty leader

With that language, it’s evident that duty leader is being immature and mean. Since I was already dressed, I figured I might as well make my way to get breakfast. As I’m on my way out the building, I was told to speak with the barracks leader. So I went to speak with the barracks leader, and we have a brief discussion. I spoke with this barrack leader yesterday regarding checking in on days that are not duty days. So not all barracks operate the same, at this barracks, there’s a check in procedure which isn’t strictly enforced all the time. Recently, when I was on watch, a barrack leader told me that checking in wasn’t necessary, and had me and another person on watch, knock on the doors of people who hadn’t checked in, and we’d note whether they answered their door, or not. I’d prefer to not check in. However, since it has been part of my routine to check in, I’ve continued to do so, until this last Sunday. Sunday, the check in process was made less convenient, so recalling what that barracks leader told me, I decided not to check in, and wait for someone to knock on my door. So since Sunday, I haven’t been checking in. So when people knocked on my door, which I wrote about, I thought they were checking in with me, but then they asked for someone. So yesterday was Thursday. So for the past 5 days, I haven’t checked in, and yesterday, I spoke with this barrack leader who told me the other barracks leaders was wrong, which I figured, and that I had to check in every day that’s not a duty day. This barracks leader was nice and polite. Then this morning when I spoke with this barracks leader for not showing up to muster, because the cyberstalkers messed with my alarm, this barracks leader wasn’t as nice as yesterday, but then says something like “you need to get your life together,” which seems a bit of an exaggeration, but whatever, I know the some of the source of this treatment, and is partially because of what I wrote about my college friend in D Talks #40. All the while, people were saying “depressed,” “got him,” and more. I have the voice recording, but with setting set at the time, it’s really difficult to hear anything, and I think the screen shot of the text message with the duty leader is enough.

So that was morning duty muster, and a couple of hours later, I had to go to holds muster, which is every morning. I was expecting some retaliation for what I’ve been writing, and there was a bit of retaliation, but not significant enough for me to write about. Had the day started without the iPhone alarm cyberstalking, I’d probably take the time to write about it.

Actually, it’s a bit later in the day now, and since I’m not listening to voice recordings today, I have a lot more time, so I’ll continue because there are a couple of things I do want to address. By the way, so before starting this paragraph I was uploading the screen shot of the text message with that duty leader and I got a call, and answered because of the name of the location, and there was no answer. I receive spam calls and voice messages quite frequently, and I’m sure the cyberstalkers are behind these calls and voice messages. So I took a screen shot of this incoming call, here it is:

January 8th cyberstalkers spam call

So this call is from Warwick, and I think I’ve received calls from this location before. What I think is going on is the cyberstalkers are using this location to spam call me because Warwick is the name of a guy from a show called An Idiot Abroad, and Warwick “was born with spondyloepiphyseal dysplasia congenita, a rare form of dwarfism,” per Wikipedia. During the show, the star of the show jokes that Warwick might have been born with a rare form of dwarfism, but has regular sized genitals. I think that’s why the cyberstalkers sent me a spam call from this location. Oh, hey, by the way, I received that call at 4:24PM.

Anyway, so about morning muster with holds. Today they had me staple sheets of paper together, which is cool, and fine, right? Here’s the thing though. You know how I mentioned that mentor/family friend in D Talks #40, and probably once another time before that. Well, when I was in the 9th grade, this mentor/family friend hired me to work at his office. I loved it, it was a lot of fun. I worked in the back office supply room with the copier and other office supplies preparing packets. I worked there for two summers. (someone just knocked two times in the room next to mine… I don’t know man…). This pattern of behavior of people I used to know, channeling messages to me via third parties, and most of those third parties have been people I spend the most time with, which are my coworker, has been going on for a while. The soonest I can recall this mentor possibly participating in this messaging mechanism is sometime after Navy boot camp. People would imitate his laugh, it took me a while to realize, and I was in denial, because I can’t imagine why this mentor would want to channel any negativity towards me… if it was negativity. Why else would this mentor participate? He has my number, he could call me anytime, or he could find a way to contact me. He used to reach out to me. I hope I’m wrong, and I hope it’s just harassers trying to tell me this mentor doesn’t like me anymore, to make me feel bad. I somewhat have a good idea of whats going on, but time will tell how accurate I am. Anyway, so I’m not sure if it was this mentor or my father who told these people to have me prepare packets as a form of retaliation for noting this mentor’s laugh. While I was preparing these packets, there was some verbal harassment, but it wasn’t severe.

Then after all that, on my way to the gym, I smelled eucalyptus oil, which is one of my father’s staples, making me more certain these people are talking with my father; and unfortunately, I can’t record scents…

Then while I was at the gym, I noticed that my battery was on 54% for several minutes, which would seem odd to anyone, but I’m sure it’s the cyberstalkers. So I figured I’d eventually take screen shot of the battery usage to see the graph, here’s the graph:

January 7th and 8th 24 hour battery usage

The graph does seem way more gradual than the other graphs I posted, why that is… not too sure, but it’s probably the cyberstalkers(or it’s probably the time of the day). If you want to zoom in click here. So I went to the gym at around 1:30PM, and that’s when it was last charged, to 54%. Each of those bars on the battery level graph seem to represent 15 minute intervals. So the battery level was at 54% for about 30 minutes; could be normal, or it could be the cyberstalkers. What’s more, all those numbers don’t seem random to me, but then again, since harassers have made every number and combination of numbers to mean something, I can’t be too sure; I can’t take it at face value anymore. Except for Instagram being at 22% of the battery usage. I haven’t been on Instagram too much at all. I’ve been on YouTube mostly, and it’s actually listed third. I took another screen shot, but before I upload that image, I just got another spam call from Mount Vernon, OH:

January 8th cyberstalkers second spam call

Got that call at 6:24PM… Anyway, so here is the screen time and updated battery usage:

January 8th screen time, click here to zoom in
January 7th and 8th 24 hour battery usage updated, click here to zoom in

So the screen time shows that I’ve been on YouTube for 1h 1m and on Instagram for 33m, then the updated battery usage shows YouTube at 21% battery usage and Instagram at 23% battery usage; I don’t know how that makes sense, if it does make sense. I’d guess that YouTube consumes more battery than Instagram, especially when being on YouTube twice the time of Instagram. How did the Personal Hotspot change from 28% to 23%? How did the Screen On time go from 3h 6m to 2h 47m?… well that’s a difference of 19 minutes, but still, seems sketchy. I’d need some more time to study this to form a solid conclusion. Alright, so that’s all for the sketchiness and speculation today, however, before I post this, just wanted to note that while I was waiting for the last muster of the day to start, I went on the YouTube app on my phone and immediately saw the image displayed telling me that I was offline, which is strange because I was connected to the Internet, and then the app connected back to the Internet, somehow, and base off people’s behavior, I could tell they were responsible for that. I guess this is their effort to deter me from starting a vlog… and I’m not even sure if it’ll be on YouTube, we’ll see, but I definitely need to start a test vlog soon.
