So, regarding the whole false imprisonment at the psych ward incident, I’ve continued researching and have been very surprised. Before I explain why I’ve been so surprised, let me tell a brief story. So after boot camp, I had to shadow others on watch to be considered qualified to stand watch. During a shadow watch, the person standing the watch mentions how America is unfair because of the color of his skin. I replied saying that “the system isn’t racist,” something Ben Shapiro says. I also said that there are tools and mechanisms available for those experiencing discrimination. So basically, what’s so surprising is, what I have been reading demonstrates that the system is actually fair. These people around me are still, constantly, actively, stalking me, so they see what I’ve been reading, and they’ve probably even read it before I have. Since they are aware of what I’ve been reading, I’ve been seeing this person I shadowed that day, more often recently, to remind me of that conversation.
As I’m reading what I’ve been reading, it almost seems as if those who were planning to falsely imprison me, in the guise of concerns for a mental health condition, knew all the rules and procedures, and wanted to break, every, single rule and procedure. How can that be so!? It can’t be! I’m still convince they misread, misunderstood, and didn’t throughly read the procedures on mental health evaluations. It’s evident why the procedures weren’t followed, and it’s because the intent was to falsely imprison. So, how was almost, every, single rule and procedure not followed ? How did I know what was happening was beyond bad, not even aware of any of the written rules and procedures regarding mental health evaluations? Well, like I’ve mentioned before, what I’ve been experiencing throughout the last several years, is oppression. My rights are not being respected by the oppressors, and much of it is because of, and made possible by, the cyberstalking and the culture it has created.
During that meeting I had with the psychiatrist after being falsely imprisoned where I asked if I could voice record, I mentioned that America is a moral country. America centers on protecting and preserving an individual’s rights. I said this is the reason I never lose hope and this fact keeps me going. I think this is a fact and concept that people have either forgot, or never understood, which is the reason this country requires constant maintenance. Strict adherence to law and order is a form of maintenance. So, I think, me not following through with this legal action, would be a disservice to this country.
So, the reason so many of the procedures and rules were broken, is because these rules and procedures were written taking into consideration the preservation of an individual’s rights and liberties. My rights and liberties are not being respected, I’m experiencing oppression, and this incident is proof of this. So when people tell me “you’re fine” or “you’re good,” I think “no!” What happened was a major violation of a person’s civil rights and liberties… what’s happening is a major violation of a person’s civil rights and liberties. A person’s rights are above anything else. As Americans, we pledge to the flag, and to each other, to live a certain way, where there is liberty and justice for all.
Those who created these cyberstalking tools, and those who use these cyberstalking tools, obviously don’t understand rights and liberties. They put one’s feelings before the rights and liberties of another, which is narcism, and Nazism.
To review, in pursuit of legal action for being falsely imprisoned, I went from filing a grievance, to drafting a demand letter, to realizing there was already a system in place with forms to file a claim. I thought the space provided on the forms wasn’t going to be enough to thoroughly and convincingly state my case. Realizing that there’s already a set of rules and procedures, all I actually need to write is that the rules and procedures weren’t followed. It’s still shocking to me how almost every single rule and procedure was broken: unknowingly taken to the ER, unknowingly admitted to the psych ward, not allowed to call law enforcement, and so much more.
