Harassment

So, just to continue with the harassment I experience, I’ll write briefly. This is what I saw today:

It’s another dollar bill. This time, it was a one dollar bill, not a five dollar bill. It could be a coincidence, but it most likely isn’t.

Anyway. On Sunday, someone knocks on my room door; not my bedroom door, but the room door. I walk towards the door and say aloud, “yeah?” Then some guy asks me, “did you see groceries… on the floor?” and I say no. It definitely seemed insincere because of the pause before “on the floor.” It was annoying because it seemed like a reaction to the vlog that hadn’t even been published yet. Then today, regarding my living space, a couple of people enter the room without knocking, and I thought it was my roommate. Then all of a sudden, my bedroom door opens, and I see two people, who seem to be with the housing management. I look at them, and they look at me. Then they ask me when I was moving out.

Let’s see, what else.

DFEH

Well, it’s been a while since I’ve written about the DFEH. Today, I had a scheduled interview with the DFEH, and not surprisingly, the DFEH representative seemed insincere, and luckily, I recorded the phone call, so I might post that phone call to a blog soon. The call was somehow disconnected and I never received a call back from the DFEH representative.

7-31-21

There have been several things that have gone on this week that I can write about regarding the cyberstalking, stalking, and harassment. However, I didn’t take many notes. I’m sure I’ll have more to write about next week. Just briefly though, from what I can recall, the YouTuber Peeping Toms were harassing me again. My roommate went on vacation for 2-3 weeks, so I wasn’t being bothered by these people when he was away. However, he returned, and some time after, the YouTuber Peeping Toms were active again. Also, after he returned, the air conditioner in my room started randomly turning on and off. Regarding the YouTuber Peeping Toms though, (I just heard my air conditioner make a noise, and then this person who watches me in my room, and she must also be watching my screen remotely, not via a camera in the room, because my screen is facing the wall, just whispered “rape,” I think) I heard the some of the same people who have been captured in the voice recordings I’ve posted, and I also heard some new people, at least two different shows or channels or whatever. I have them recorded, but I don’t have enough time to review those audio recordings. And… I have no idea how many people actually watch my vlogs or read my blogs, because big tech wants to keep a person down and demonetize, but based on reactions I get, it doesn’t just seem like the blogs and vlogs are getting a lot of views, it also seems like they are getting a lot of views rather quickly.

So just to tease these YouTuber Peeping Tom harassers, I’ve been jokingly mentioning how nobody is watching them, not really knowing if people are actually watching them or not, and not really knowing the views of this blog; they don’t seem to be too happy with the joke. After I started writing this, my roommate started playing some YouTuber Peeping Toms on his speakers, and I think one of them just whispered “that hurts.” I gotta go for a run… I’ll BRB…

DFEH

So, to finish this blog, I’ll continue with the DFEH. So, after several months of waiting, my correspondence with this agency started back up again with an email to schedule the phone call in question. As I’ve mentioned before, the people around me seemed to have been aware of this email and phone call before I even received the email. What’s interesting is, I’m actually around a totally different group of people than I was when I last corresponded with this agency. So I received the email from the DFEH representative asking me if I was available at a specific time for the phone call. I replied saying that I was actually busy during that specified time. The DFEH representative replied to my email asking “are you available at 1 PM on July 27, 2021?” The lower case “a” in “are” is a typo and should be an uppercase “A.” That could be a legitimate mistake, or not.

Names have been censored in the audio recording of the phone call. I guess the main takeaways from this call is that it’s evident that the DFEH representative is very insincere. I’m not sure if he’s behaving this way to please my cyberstalkers and this is just an act; the intentions of the insincerity aren’t very clear to me. It might be to deter me from my efforts. Why this person would make an effort to deter me from my efforts, I’m not sure. Then, regarding the actual case in question that the DFEH is investigating, the respondent/employer, replies with statements that seem irrelevant, and provides some “evidence” which don’t even support their reasoning.

Anyway. So one thing I noticed is this DFEH representative sounds like a college friend I had. I think the cyberstalkers made an effort to show me this college friend’s instagram page some time ago because he’s now openly homo or bi sexual. In college he had a girlfriend. I actually think this college friend is a good person. I think the reason the cyberstalkers wanted me to see this college friend’s instagram page is to persuade me to be homo or bi sexual.

I didn’t prepare for this phone call. I was anticipating some kind of, harassment, or annoyance I guess, with an intent to elicit some kind of emotional reaction, or overreaction, from me. I’ve learned to react to situations very slowly, and adjust my behavior accordingly. I think this effort to elicit a reaction from me started after those mandatory trainings on personal communication, conflict management, and stress management. So, some how, I was definitely anticipating this effort on behalf of the DFEH representative, probably because it’s been a recent theme. For example, and I’ll be vague; this week, someone was shouting at me from a distance. He was far away from me, so he could be shouting to project his voice, or he could be shouting with aggression. I knew what his intention was, and it was to elicit a reaction. So, I kindly shouted back “what?” while cupping my ear. He then shouts back repeating himself. Aware of his intentions, I acted like I didn’t hear him clearly, with the distance and the surrounding noises, and, what’s more, I was playing music on my phone. So I unlocked my phone, pressed more buttons than necessary to lower the volume, to take more time than necessary. I then kindly shout back, not as loud as before, “what was that?” He then shouts back, not as loud as before because it was now more quiet than it was, and if he shouted any louder, it would be unnecessary and uncalled for. However, even though he shouted with lower volume, the way he phrased his question was kind of disrespectful, also with a disrespectful tone. It was clear to me that this was a scheme to fabricate a situation to yell at me; similar to the scheme where I was aggressively and violently yelled at and filed a formal complaint as a result. The answer to this guy’s question was quite obvious, so I replied, politely, and nonchalantly, with the obvious answer.

Here’s the voice recording of the DFEH phone call:

DFEH Phone Interview 7-27-21
  • 0m53s: after confirming my address, this DFEH representative says “okay, thank you,” and to me, it sounds very insincere.
  • 3m15s: so just to refresh, or clarify if I haven’t already mentioned it, the employer fired me after I wrote a second complaint regarding harassment and a hostile work environment.
  • 3m32s: this could be the way the DFEH representative speaks, but the way he says “okay” seems insincere
  • 3m50s: so this employer replies to my complaint with the DFEH saying that I was not terminated, that I was “laid off,” which is, of course, the pretext. In fact, during the interview, he told me he was looking for someone to work with the company on a long term basis, which was a lie to convince me to accept his offer.
  • 3m58s: so this employer is replying to the DFEH saying that I was a junior estimator working alongside three other senior estimators. I don’t see how that is relevant or even true. I wasn’t even aware of being a “junior” estimator; I was just an estimator. These kind of responses are characteristic of this employer, where he provides faulty reasonings. The only difference between a junior and a senior, is the senior has spent more time, doing the same exact thing. So in many cases, the number of years doesn’t equate to the years in the numbers. That is, the number of years worked doesn’t always represent the amount of work done. Also, when they hired me, there were two other estimators. Then one left, working part time eventually, and another returned, leaving two estimators, in addition to me, working most of the time. One of those two estimators was rarely at work. It’s odd that this employer would use that reasoning and call me a “junior” estimator. That term was never used through out my employment. I followed the same procedures as the other estimators. I’m sure I was the only estimator with a degree in the field, and I’m sure there was an effort to make me look bad to make them look good, which is a theme I’ll definitely mention in the vlogs soon. One day I was reviewing old estimates on the office server, and it seemed like they would actually create estimates with made up Asian names, as if to present an estimate that was estimated by an Asian estimator. And there was no slow down, it was summer, there was plenty of work, and in construction, you usually don’t lay off the office personnel; it’s the field guys that are laid off. I’ll eventually talk about this employer in the vlogs.
  • 4m35s: so this employer is saying that I wasn’t terminated, that I was laid off, and that none of the claims regarding harassment and hostile work environment are true. It’s almost obvious this employer is misrepresenting the truth.
  • 6m41s: you can hear a loud sound in the background. I think that noise is from a neighboring room close to mine. These people tend to slam things and express hissy fits whenever they aren’t having their desired affect on me. I guess they were looking for me to have an angry reaction or something. At 6m46s you can hear two more slams, which I guess is an effort to intimidate and bully.
  • 9m40s: the DFEH representative mentions the police report that I have as evidence to support my claim. I’m sure, with the way he presented the respondent’s position, he was trying to get me to angrily talk about how this employer is misrepresenting the truth and that I have this police report as evidence to support my claim. However, I decided not to mention this, which is probably the reason he’s mentioning it.
  • 10m48s: “close the manor” … what does that mean?
  • 10m54s: It sounds like someone said “snitch” in the background. I’m sure this is being said by someone at the DFEH representative’s end of the phone connection.
  • 11m55s: It sounds like the person who watches me in my room says something. I’m not sure where the voice comes from. It’s either through the vent… or something.
  • 13m12s: I’m not sure why I assumed, or even heard, that the follow up was going to be a phone call.
  • 13m18s: It seems like the DFEH representative says something in a turrets like fashion, which could be a way to sneak in a word to harass, but I can’t make out the word. I could be mistaken.
  • 13m59s: some odd sound
  • 14m18s: another odd sound, but this time it sounds like that female that watches me in my room.
  • 14m40s: So the DFEH representative says “yeah!” after I explain how I’m not surprised how busy the DFEH is, and the way he says it doesn’t seem sincere, and then he proceeds to explain something that doesn’t make much sense. I guess he didn’t like what I said about this employer misrepresenting the truth. “if it doesn’t work out with our department” … “it doesn’t mean we don’t believe these issues happened with you” … “you always have other options than our department” … that all sounds weird to me, and I was confused by this, so I ask a question for clarification, but then the DFEH representative abruptly ended the call… I wonder why…

Anyway, we’ll see how things go with the DFEH. It’s actually disappointing to me how unprofessional this agency is being. I actually followed the agency on Twitter, hoping it would deter this unprofessional behavior. The state of California failed to protect me as a child, now they’ve been failing to help me against discrimination in my adulthood.
