Alright, so it took me some time to gather all these screenshots… and the way I see it, I’m gathering and producing evidence to support future lawsuits, because how else will this cyberstalking stop. Don’t get me wrong, besides this incident, my experience with this loan servicer has been good, but they decided to comply with my stalker harassers unfortunately.
So as I mentioned before, I received a bonus so I wanted to pay down my student loans. I chose loans with the highest interest rates and made this payment on February 20th. It took a couple of days to process these payments. After these payments were processed, there was still a balance remaining on two of the six loans. Here’s a screenshot taken on February 22nd:
As you can see there’s a balance of $86.37 and $65.31, a total of $151.68 remaining. So I waited about a week to see if that balance would clear or if I could make sense of it. The balance didn’t clear and I couldn’t make sense of it, so I called on March 2nd. I could tell, after a short time on the phone with the loan servicer, that my stalker harassers had contacted the loan servicer to conspire against me. I was told that the remaining balance was an error and that’ll take a couple of days to correct. So after that phone call, I followed this loan servicer on Twitter, like I do with other entities that have partaken in the cyberstalking harassment. They responded to my follow, and then I tweeted “stalkers.”
So I waited for a week, and the remaining balance was changed, but there was still a total remaining balance of $147.77, and this time the remaining balance was on a different loan. Here’s a screenshot taken on March 7th:
So on March 9th I sent an email asking why there was still a remaining balance a second time around. I got a reply to that email on March 13th which said “I have forwarded your payment reapplication request for processing. Please allow three to five business days for this request to be reviewed and for your payment to be updated.” Since the problem still wasn’t corrected, I called on March 17th and asked about this remaining balance and was given some illogical reasoning. I was told something like if I want to pay extra to do so after the autopay date. Which if that would actually help avoid this remaining balance issue, should be implemented as a correction to their website so that people can’t make extra payments until after the autopay date. It also doesn’t answer why there’s a remaining balance a second time around. During this phone call, people down the hall were making harassing comments, so I said I’ll wait a couple more days and that I wanted to get off the phone to stop entertaining the harassers around me.
On March 23rd I sent a second email because there was STILL a remaining balance, which was more than before, which means I’m accumulating interest on money that I already paid, and the remaining balance was again moved to a different loan. Here’s a screenshot taken on March 22nd:
So I followed up with a call on March 24th, and with harassing whispers in the background, similar to my phone calls with Apple which can be found on this blog, I was told that it will be looked into and that I would receive an email the next day, which I never received.
On March 27th, the remaining balance was now at $147.91, which is less than before probably because my auto payment was applied on this day. This means that not only am I accumulating interest on money that I already paid, but I’m also making payments on that already paid money! They kept on saying it was the computer system, which I don’t believe. Here’s a screenshot taken on March 27th:
On March 28th I checked on the remaining balance which went from $147.91 to $147.73, which is another reduction… So only one of these reductions is for the auto payment, which is divided among all of the loans. Which means either one, or even both, reductions must have been done manually to harass me, because it’s not like this is a loan with a negative interest rate. Here’s a screenshot taken on March 28th:
So on March 31st I called and spoke with someone who ended up hanging up on me. I called again and asked to speak with a supervisor who ended up telling me he would call me back but never did.
So on April 1st I called again and asked to speak with the supervisor by name, but he wasn’t available. So I said to note that I called and that this is urgent because I’m already considering suing because this is outrageous and waste of time. This is a huge, serious violation of privacy, especially because it’s a financial institution. Since financial institutions handle peoples money, I’d say consumer protection is at the highest level. Just with a couple of internet searches I’m reading about fiduciary duty and fiduciary negligence, so there must be laws which state that this activity is illegal. And I’m very certain that if I didn’t take the time to resolve this, they would have taken some of my money. I also think they we’re trying to tell me to pay only the minimum amount and nothing extra so they can make the most amount of interest off my loans.
And then finally on April 3rd, the remaining balance was cleared, here’s a screenshot:
So while I was putting this post together, the cyberstalking stalker harassers were doing their usual stalking and harassing. I haven’t updated my Mac for a couple of months because I didn’t have enough storage. So I bought an external hard drive and was able to make some space to update the operating system. So one of the things that these cyberstaking stalker harassers are able to do is to take over the updating display and display what ever they want, to harass me. It has happened many times and I was able to capture screenshots during an iPhone system update and wrote a blog post about it, as well as an iPhone photos upload, and those two posts are somewhere on this blog. Well the cyberstalking stalker harassers were at it again with my MacBook Air system update and I’ll write a post and upload screenshots soon.
